Product Summary
The TLV3012AIDBVR is a push-pull output comparator. It features an uncommitted on-chip voltage reference. The TLV3012AIDBVR has 5μA(max) quiescent current, input common-mode range 200mV beyond the supply rails, and single-supply operation from 1.8V to 5.5V. The integrated 1.242V series voltage reference offers low 100ppm/℃ (max) drift, is stable with up to 10nF capacitive load, and can provide up to 0.5mA (typ) of output current. The applications of the TLV3012AIDBVR include: (1)battery-powered level detection; (2)data acquisition; (3)system monitoring; (4)oscillators; (5)sensor systems: smoke detectors, light sensors, alarms.
Parametrics
TLV3012AIDBVR absolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply Voltage: +7V; (2)Signal Input Terminals, Voltage: –0.5V to (V+) + 0.5V; Current: ±10mA; (3)Output Short-Circuit: Continuous; (4)Operating Temperature: –55℃ to +150℃; (5)Storage Temperature: –55℃ to +150℃; (6)Junction Temperature: +150℃; (7)Lead Temperature (soldering, 10s): +300℃; (8)ESD Rating (Human Body Model): 2000V.
